NRF Website Refund, Cancellation & Exchange Policy
At NRF, we are committed to delivering premium products and customer service. To maintain our brand integrity and uphold operational efficiency, we have outlined a detailed Refund, Cancellation, and Exchange Policy. By purchasing from our platform, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions.
1. GENERAL TERMS
1.1 This policy applies exclusively to purchases made through the official NRF website.
1.2 All customers are deemed to have read and accepted this policy upon completing a purchase.
1.3 We do not entertain refund or cancellation requests that fall outside of the terms outlined below.
1.4 All communications regarding cancellation, refund, or exchange must be made in writing via our Facebook page, Instagram page, Viber number or customer support email.
2. ORDER CANCELLATION
2.1 Cancellation by Customer
2.1.1 Orders once placed cannot be canceled or altered unless under specific, qualified conditions (see 2.1.2 and 2.1.3).
2.1.2 Factory Defect:
- Cancellation requests due to a manufacturing defect must be submitted within 10 days of receipt.
- High-resolution images or videos clearly showing the defect must be provided.
- NRF reserves the right to inspect and verify the legitimacy of the claim.
2.1.3 Size Change (Subject to availability):
- Must be requested within 7 days of product delivery.
- The item must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and returned in its original packaging with all tags attached.
- Size changes will only be processed once the original item is returned and inspected.
- One-time size changes only. No second exchanges.
- If the requested size is unavailable, store credit will be offered after deducting applicable admin fees. No cash refund.
2.2 Cancellation by NRF
2.2.1 NRF reserves the right to cancel any order due to unavailability, pricing errors, or operational constraints.
2.2.2 A full refund will be initiated within 14 business days in such cases.
2.3 Order Restriction Enforcement
2.3.1 NRF reserves the right to cancel any order placed by individuals who are banned, blacklisted, or restricted from purchasing from NRF for any reason.
2.3.2 This includes, but is not limited to:
· Individuals previously involved in fraudulent activity, resale violations, or policy abuse.
· Those who have displayed inappropriate behavior toward our team or brand.
· Anyone who publicly or privately spreads false, misleading, or defamatory information about NRF, including baseless accusations or remarks intended to harm the brand’s image or reputation — whether online or offline.
2.3.3 NRF reserves the sole right to determine what constitutes reputational damage or brand defamation.
2.3.4 We are not obligated to notify such individuals before or after canceling their orders.
2.3.5 Any payment received in these cases may be refunded at NRF’s sole discretion, minus applicable processing or administrative fees.
3. REFUND POLICY
3.1 Conditions for Refund
3.1.1 Refunds are applicable only under the following conditions:
- Verified factory defects.
- Cancellation by NRF.
- Size change request denied due to unavailability.
3.1.2 Refund requests made outside of these terms will be rejected.
3.2 Non-Refundable Conditions
- Change of mind.
- Accidental purchase.
- Delay in delivery due to courier services.
- Incorrect size selection by the customer.
- Items purchased during sales, promotions, or with discount codes.
- Worn or used items.
3.3 Processing Fee
- A 15% deduction will be made from all approved customer-initiated refunds to cover administrative and transaction costs.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
3.4 Refund Method
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or as store credit, based on NRF’s discretion.
3.5 Special Delivery Requests
3.5.1 If the customer chooses pickup or requests same-day delivery by cab, the shipping fees from that order are non-refundable under any circumstances.
3.5.2 In the case of same-day delivery by cab, the customer is solely responsible for the cab fare and must settle the payment directly with the cab service.
4. EXCHANGE POLICY
4.1 General Exchange Terms
4.1.1 NRF does not allow general returns or exchanges unless strictly meeting the exchange criteria.
4.1.2 Exchanges are only allowed for size changes and must meet all the following:
4.2 Mandatory Exchange Conditions
- Request made within 7 days of delivery.
- Item must be in original, unused condition.
- All tags, stickers, and packaging must be intact.
- Must be returned in NRF original mailer or packaging.
- Must be verified by our QC team.
- Item must not be a limited-edition, final sale, or promotional item.
- Proof of purchase is mandatory.
4.3 NRF holds the right to deny any exchange if any of the above criteria are not met.
5. RETURN PROCESS
5.1 Contact our customer service team before initiating any return.
5.2 No return will be processed without written approval.
5.3 Return shipping costs are to be borne entirely by the customer.
5.4 We are not responsible for any lost or damaged return parcels.
6. QUALITY CONTROL
6.1 All returned items undergo a strict quality inspection before any refund or exchange is approved.
6.2 If an item fails QC inspection, it will be returned to the customer at their cost, and the refund/exchange will be denied.
7. TIMELINES
7.1 Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 14 business days after successful QC inspection.
7.2 Exchange orders will be dispatched within 7 business days of QC approval, subject to stock availability.
8. LIMITED EDITION & FINAL SALE ITEMS
8.1 All limited edition, seasonal, collaboration, and final sale items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable
8.2 Items purchased with discount codes or during flash sales are final sale unless defective.
9. FRAUD PREVENTION
9.1 NRF reserves the right to reject any refund or exchange requests that show signs of abuse or fraud.
9.2 Orders made under suspicious or multiple account usage may be subject to investigation and withheld.
10. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
10.1 It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the accuracy of their order, shipping address, and contact details.
10.2 NRF is not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect address input or missed delivery attempts.
11. POLICY CHANGES
11.1 NRF reserves the right to amend this policy at any time without prior notice.
11.2 The latest version will always be available on our official website.
11.3 Continued use of our site constitutes acceptance of any changes made.
