1. Accounts and Membership

When creating an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for all activities under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at our discretion, particularly in cases of misuse, impersonation, fraudulent activity, or violation of brand ethics.

We may restrict or block IP addresses or email domains associated with abuse. Re-registration after termination is strictly prohibited unless approved in writing by NRF.

2. Product Information and Availability

All product descriptions, sizes, materials, images, and prices are provided for informational purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, we do not warrant that product information is error-free. Availability is not guaranteed and may change without notice.

3. Pricing, Orders, and Payments

All prices listed on our Website are in the currency stated and inclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to update prices, discontinue products, or reject any orders at our sole discretion. By placing an order, you agree to pay the total amount as stated at checkout, including any shipping and handling charges.

Fraudulent transactions, chargebacks without cause, or false refund claims may result in legal action and permanent banning.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Estimated delivery times are indicative and do not guarantee arrival dates. NRF is not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers, customs processes, or force majeure events. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the shipping address provided.

5. Restrictions on Returns and Exchanges

NRF does not allow returns or refunds for change of mind, wrong purchase, or sizing issues unless strict conditions are met:

  • The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging with tags attached.

  • Size exchanges will only be considered within 7 days of delivery, subject to availability and inspection.

  • A size exchange is allowed only once per order and is not guaranteed.

  • Items that show signs of wear, alteration, or handling will not be accepted for exchange under any circumstance.

  • Final sale or limited-edition items are strictly non-exchangeable.

We reserve the right to refuse any exchange requests that do not meet our standards for hygiene, condition, and policy compliance.

6. Order Cancellation Policy

Cancellations by the customer are only permitted under the following conditions:

  • You receive a product with a verifiable factory defect, reported within 10 days of delivery with visual proof (photos/videos).

  • You notify us within 24 hours of purchase and before shipping confirmation.

We reserve the right to apply a 15% processing fee to approved cancellations.

7. Order Restriction Enforcement

NRF strictly prohibits purchases by individuals who:

  • Are banned due to prior violations of our policies;

  • Attempt chargebacks, fraud, or resale of our items;

  • Engage in harassment, threats, or defamatory actions against our staff or brand;

  • Publish or promote baseless, misleading, or harmful claims online or offline intended to damage our brand image, credibility, or trustworthiness.

We reserve the right to cancel any such orders without prior notice and to withhold any refund at our sole discretion.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property on the Website, including product names, branding, text, graphics, logos, videos, and other content, is owned or licensed by NRF. Nothing on this site grants you any rights or license to use such materials without our prior written permission.

You agree not to use the Website for any unlawful or abusive purposes. Prohibited uses include but are not limited to: scraping content, engaging in illegal activities, uploading harmful software, or attempting to exploit the platform.

If you voluntarily submit any content (e.g., reviews, photos, comments), you grant NRF a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, modify, and display such content for promotional or commercial purposes. We reserve the right to remove any content at our discretion.

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Myanmar. All disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Myanmar. We reserve the right to seek injunctive or equitable relief in any competent jurisdiction.

17. Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises, we encourage informal resolution by contacting our customer support first. Failing resolution, both parties agree to resolve disputes through arbitration or small claims court where applicable.

19. Acceptance of Terms
